为什么参加普通高中学业水平考试的考生还要参加非省统考科目的考试？
根据山西省教育厅《普通高中学业水平合格性考试信息技术、通用技术、音乐、美术、体育与健康和物理、化学、生物学实验操作考试实施指导意见》精神，所有参加普通高中学历资格考试的考生必须参加信息技术、通用技术和物理、化学、生物实验操作考试，因为这五项非省统一考试科目是普通高中学生毕业和高中同等学历的主要依据。
所有普通高中生还必须参加音乐、美术、体育和健康考试，因为这三个非省统考科目是普通高中生毕业的主要依据。

这次哪些人需要报名（2024年普通高中学业水平资格考试、非省统考科目）？
已报名参加我市2023年（2022年）、2024年普通高中学业水平考试的普通高中二年级学生、其他高中学校学生及社会人员必须参加本次报名。
上述考生（普通高中二年级在校生、其他高中学校学生及社会人员）完成本次报名后，须参加信息技术、通用技术和物理、化学、生物实验操作考试。您还必须参加音乐、艺术、体育和健康考试。

哪些人需要参加这项考试（2024年普通高中学业水平资格考试、非省统考科目），但不需要报名？
已报名参加我市2024年（2023年夏季）普通高中学业水平考试的普通高中一年级学生、首次参加普通高中学业水平考试的高中生和社会人员必须参加本次考试，但不需要在线注册。 4月份完成省统考科目报名即视为完成相应的非省统考科目报名。
上述考生（普通高中一年级学生、其他高中学校学生及社会人员）必须参加化学、生物实验操作考试。普通高中一年级的学生还必须参加音乐、美术、体育和健康检查。

候选人如何报名？
考生登录山西省招生考试网（http://www.sxkszx.cn），点击学历等级考试在线服务平台页面“信息技术通用技术报名及缴费”栏目进行网上报名。
完成信息技术和通用技术（两个科目必须同时注册）的注册，视为完成其他相应非省统考科目的注册。
报名及缴费时间：5月25日-28日。注册和付款同时进行。

考试时间和考试形式？
1、一般技术考试时间为7月5日9:00至10:00，考试采用“纸笔考试+非纸笔考试”的方式。纸笔测试和非纸笔测试（尺子和圆规绘图）同时进行。
2、信息技术考试时间为7月6日至10日，具体时间由各县（市、区）确定。考试为计算机操作考试，在计算机教室完成。一人一台电脑，不同时间分批进行。考试时间为1小时，试卷由电脑自动评分。分数由计算机自动设定。会话之间的间隔为15 分钟。
3、物理、化学、生物实验操作考试时间为7月6日至10日。具体时间由各县（市、区）确定。考试以现场实际操作的形式进行。考生必须完成各学科公布的试题（其中物理实验操作题不少于6道，化学实验操作题不少于4道，生物实验操作题不少于3道）。每提取1次独立操作完成，实验时间为30分钟。
4、音乐、美术、体育、健康的考试时间由学校在8月底前安排。考试以“过程评价+终结性评价”的形式进行。
5、非省统考不合格的考生可以补考。补考将与下一届考生的相应科目考试同时进行。
